Victor Webb Jr., a proud Plainfield native, has dedicated his life to serving the community and championing the next generation. Raised in Plainfield, Victor's early education at Evergreen and Emerson Elementary Schools ignited his passion for learning and community involvement. As a student, he thrived in the Gifted and Talented program and built lasting relationships with influential educators at Maxson School. His commitment to the community began with roles in the Mayor's Task Force and extended through his high school years, where he actively participated in sports and worked part-time to support his education.
Victor pursued higher education at Kean University while serving in AmeriCorps, further solidifying his dedication to public service. His career includes impactful roles with the American Red Cross, Community Access Unlimited, and The Arc, where he works as an administrator supporting adults with disabilities. Victor’s extensive experience with Plainfield’s Parks and Recreation department, along with his founding of the P.A.R.C. organization, underscores his long-standing commitment to enhancing community life.
Now serving as the Vice President and Commissioner of the Plainfield Board of Education, Victor brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted understanding of the community. His unwavering dedication to ensuring every student has access to quality education reflects his lifelong commitment to improving the lives of Plainfield’s youth.
